تلفزيون إشاعة
تلفزيون إشاعة عبارة عن تلفزيون مقاومة يبث شعراً وتحقيقات صحفية، إضافةً إلى فيديو تجريبي. يسعى تلفزيون إشاعة إلى تخريب ثقافة الاستهلاك الجماهيري للصورة من خلال خلق مقاومةٍ شعرية، وسيبث برامجه التجريبية التي تتراوح ما بين تقارير إخبارية وفنون أدائية مدةَ ساعةٍ ونصف الساعة يومياً خلال فترة مهرجان سين لفن الفيديو والأداء.
خلال أيام العرض المتعلقة بالمهرجان، سيقدّم الفريق مجموعة من الفقرات الصحفية والفنّيّة والثّقافية والشعريّة والأدائية والموسيقيّة بما يعكس تأويلات مفهوم المقاومة الشخصيّة للمشتركين في هذه التجربة، وستُقدم جميعها ضمن إطار جماليات بصري تجريدي خارج عن المألوف.
تم إنجاز المشروع خلال ورشة لمدة 3 أسابيع بإشراف بليك شو.
سيُبث برنامج تلفزيون إشاعة على يو تيوب بشكل مباشر طوال فترة المعرض.
بليك شو
فنانٌ يعمل في وسائط متعددة، مثل: فن الفيديو، والبيداغوجيا النقدية، وتكنولوجيا الاتصالات، ومداخلات في الفضاء العام. تحاول أعماله خلق مواقف تُسهّل التعاون بين الفنانين والنشطاء السياسيين لخلق إعلامٍ تجريبيٍّ يُشجع إمكانية فعلٍ سياسيٍّ جديد. وبليك شو ملتحقٌ حالياً ببرنامج الدكتوراه في European Graduate School في سويسرا، ويركز بحثه على محاولة فهم أعمال حركات البروليتكوت والسيتيوشانست والأوتونوميا، وكيف قامت بتأسيس قاعدةٍ لعلمٍ ماديٍّ وتجريبيّ، وكيف يمكن إعادة تمثيل تكتيكاتها ومناهجها داخل رياضيات التصنيفات من أجل تطوير أنطولوجيا تجريبية ومؤسسية. عرضت أعماله وأعماله الأدائية في أماكن مختلفة في أميركا الشمالية وأوروبا.
مهرجان سين:
تأسس مهرجان سين العام 2009 من قبل مجموعة من المؤسسات العاملة في الحقل الثقافي والفني من أجل خلق فضاءات للعرض والبحث في ممارسات فنون الفيديو والأداء، وتشجيع خلق أشكال جديدة من الرؤية والتفاعل. كما تعنى صيغته المبنية على التعاون ما بين المؤسسات الشريكة، بخلق أشكال جديدة من العمل الثقافي والفني الجماعي، تحاول أن تتحدى العوائق الجغرافية والسياسية، وتسعى إلى أن توسع من دائرة المهرجان الجغرافية والجمهورية وعرضه في أماكن مختلفة في فلسطين. وهي تؤمن بضرورة أن يظل المجتمع الفلسطيني جزءاً من الحوار والممارسات الفنية المعاصرة في العالم، من خلال عرض أعمال لفنانين عالميين وفنانين محليين يتفاعلون ويتحاورون ويشتبكون ويغيرون من الممارسات الفنية والبصرية.

GossipTV is a guerilla television collective that combines poetry, investigative reporting and experimental video in order to subvert the culture of mass image consumption with a poetics of resistance. They will be broadcasting their experimental programs, ranging from news reporting to performance art.
During the 3 days of broadcasting, the team will be presenting a diversity of journalism, art, culture, poetry, performance, and music pieces that echo the personal interpretations of the notion of resistance according to each participant. an unusual abstract visual aesthetic appearance will accompany this content.
The project was created during a 3 week workshop series led by Blake Shaw.
The program for GossipTV will be available streaming on Youtube Live for all of those unable to visit physically.
Blake Shaw is a media artist who works at the intersection of video, critical pedagogy, telecommunication technology, and public space intervention. His work involves the construction of situations that facilitate collaborations between activists and artists around experimental media in attempts to instigate political novelty. Currently pursuing his PhD at the European Graduate School in Switzerland, his research is focused on understanding the work of the Proletkult, Situationist, and Autonomia movements as laying the foundations for an experiential materialist science, and how their tactics and methods can be modeled within the mathematics of category theory in order to develop a systematic experimental ontology. His works and performances have been exhibited at a wide range of venues across North America and Europe.
/si:n/ Festival:
The /si:n/ festival for video art and performance was established in 2009 by a group of culture and art institutions. The festival aims to create spaces for the exhibition of and research into video art and performance, and to encourage new forms of seeing and interaction. Building on cooperation among its partner institutions, it is intended to introduce new formulas of collective cultural and artistic work. Seeking to challenge both geographical and political divisions, it strives to extend the scope of its work and public outreach across all of Palestine.
