What to Expect from the Event

Introduction to Reiki
Yoga (Kundalini)
Crystal Singing Bowls (Sound Bath)
Meditation
Reiki (energy practice)

We’re going to start with some Kundalini yoga to open up the body, followed by lying down in meditation while the crystal tibetan singing bowls are being played (a sound bath), and then followed by reiki being done to all participants while still lying down in a meditative state by the reiki practitioners “space crew”.

Space Crew

Is a group of people, inspired to gather, meditate and practice Reiki (energy practice) together. Space Crew is inspired to enjoy health practices together for a more fulfilling and blissful living, and is open to facilitate health practices for the rest of the community.

Reiki

Reiki is an ancient asian healing art using specific techniques to recharge energy centres in the body. It is a non-invasive (also a no touching practice) that gets the person in a deep meditative and relaxed state and releases tension.
