يدعوكم نادي السينما يوم الثلاثاء المُقبل 17.5.2016 لمشاهدة فيلم "معلول تحتفل بدمارها" للمُخرج ميشيل خليفي، السّاعة 19:00 في مركز خليل السّكاكيني، (30 دقيقة).
الفيلم باللغة العربية، ومصحوب بترجمة للإنجليرية.

يتحدث الفيلم عن السكان الأصليين لقرية معلول، والتي دمرتها العصابات الصهيونية في عام النكبة 1948، والذين لم يزالوا محرومين من زيارة قريتهم إلا في يوم "استقلال" إسرائيل (نكبتُهم) من كل عام. الفيلم يتبعهم خلال هذا اليوم ويظهر عالمًا من الحزن والذكريات المؤلمة والعطش للعودة إلى أرض الأجداد.

A documentary about the indigenous people of Ma'loul village which was distorted by the Zionists militias in 1948. The only day the people are allowed to visit their village is on "Israel's Day of Independence". The movie follows them during that day and shows a world of sadness and desire to return to the land of ancestors.
